#1 Operator [Snow Removal]
Looking for payloader, skid loader, plow drivers, and team leaders in the Appleton area. To. Provide outstanding service and keep our client's properties safe from snow and ice. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, is a problem solver, and is looking to be a part of a team.
Hours
ON CALL, must be available on an on-call basis.
Wage
$18-$30/hr., based on experience, licensing / certifications, and skill set.
Responsibilities
- Operates snowplow and salt truck or shovel and operate a sidewalk machine to remove ice and snow from commercial properties.
- Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Report all incidents involving equipment's functioning to the shop manager.
Requirements
- Must be available on an on-call basis for each snowfall 1" or more...
- Must have reliable transportation to our location
- Responds in a timely manner (within 1 hr) when called to assist in snow plowing operations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Clean driving record of at least 3 years if applying for a payloader, skid steer or snowplow operator
#2 Team Lead, Sidewalk Crew [Snow Removal]
We are currently seeking 2 lead persons for snow removal sidewalk crews in Green Bay and Appleton.
Hours
ON CALL, must be available on an on-call basis.

$20-$30/hr., based on experience and skill set.
